Croydon Pet Hospital LLC is relocating its busy Glen Burnie, MD front desk team to a brand-new hospital in Pasadena, MD in October 2026. We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage the schedule, and ensure a positive experience for every visitor.

You will answer calls, assist with records, process payments, and collaborate with the veterinary team to support patient flow and preventive care education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer care.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software (experience with veterinary software is a plus).
• Veterinary experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn about animal care is a must.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, especially during busy times.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, checking them in and out, and addressing questions or concerns
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
• Schedule appointments, manage the practice calendar, and handle appointment confirmations
• Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Process payments and invoices, and manage end-of-day reconciliations
• Communicate with veterinary team members to relay client messages, and assist in patient flow through the practice
• Help educate clients about preventive care, treatment plans, and post-visit instructions
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized at all times

The CSR is the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visitor.
