Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized reception flow and minimize wait times.
• Schedule and confirm appointments by phone, email, text, and portals.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette following hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate client/patient records in the management system.
• Process financial transactions and document according to policy.
• Support the veterinary team to ensure a positive client experience.
