Arlington Pet Hospital & Resort is seeking a Veterinary Client Care Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, warmly greeting families and coordinating appointments while ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Team members must be comfortable using computers and telephones for extended periods and communicating professionally with clients and coworkers in person and through phone, text, email, and other electronic systems. The role may also require occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds and moving throughout the hospital to assist clients, support patient care, and complete assigned responsibilities. As with many veterinary hospital roles, the work environment may include exposure to animals, animal waste, cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, medications, noise, odors, allergens, potential zoonotic diseases, animal bites and scratches, sharps, and other veterinary occupational hazards. Following established safety practices is essential.
