Qualifications

• 5–7 years of veterinary experience required.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, schedule appointments, handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, treat each pet with care.
