Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers seeks a Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for guests and their pets, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience.

You will manage appointments, assist with billing, maintain records in our scheduling software (ezyVet a plus), and support the veterinary team during visits while upholding empathy in emotionally charged situations.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in veterinary management software.
• Facilitate communication between the medical team and pet owners, keeping them informed of care.
• Handle payments, invoices, and follow-up tasks related to billing and accounts.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
• Ensure a compassionate experience for guests during emergencies or specialty visits.
