Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers of Clearwater is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the first contact for guests and their pets. You will create a welcoming, professional, and compassionate atmosphere while handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and empathy, with experience in guest services and comfort using veterinary management software (ezyVet is a plus).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and their pets with warmth, managing check-in/out.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Provide accurate information about services and procedures.
• Maintain client and patient records in veterinary software.
• Facilitate communication between the medical team and pet owners.
• Handle payments, invoices, and follow-up billing tasks.
• Keep reception and waiting area clean and organized.
• Support guests during emergencies or specialty visits.
