Antech, a Mars Science & Diagnostics company, is seeking a Diagnostic Success Partner in the San Francisco area with remote/home office flexibility. You will grow customer utilization across AIS, sound, IHD/consumables, and reference labs, collaborating with DSM/DSA to drive growth and retention.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years in sales or customer service, with strong communication and data analysis skills, plus experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or on-the-job sales experience.
• 1–2 years veterinary, laboratory, or medical assistant experience.
• 2+ years sales or customer service in a professional service industry required.
• Knowledge of diagnostic services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Determine target client set and collaborate with field sales to reach growth goals.
• Call identified customers regularly to provide superior service and resolve concerns.
• Monitor retention and identify growth or attrition risks.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to target growth opportunities.
• Engage hospitals via calls to discuss opportunities and provide support.
• Explain Antech innovations and products to grow utilization.
• Use CRM systems to service accounts and maintain records.
• Attend business meetings to discuss performance and opportunities.
• Build relationships with referral sources to create new opportunities.
• Research prior to site visits to anticipate issues and improve customer experience.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
