Job summary

Downtown Dog Lounge LLC in Seattle seeks a part-time Welcome Desk Concierge to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for clients and their dogs. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, payments, phones, and client inquiries while maintaining knowledge of services and products.

You will support the team, ensure safety, assist with routine cleaning, process items, and participate in daily recaps and trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service or Retail Experience - 1+ years preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age to work independently in the dog parks.

Responsibilities

• Manage Welcome Desk: check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, payments, phones, questions, and upsell of services/products.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with general duties to support daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients and their dogs.
• Attend daily recap meetings and stay informed on daily updates.
