Legacy Franchise Concepts, LP is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our Dogtopia location in Portland, Oregon. As the first point of contact, you will greet guests, manage scheduling, and support dog-loving families.

This part-time Canine Concierge role offers opportunities to learn customer service, sales, and dog-care basics while working in a fun, pet-friendly environment with a team that values safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell products and services.
• Willingness to stand up to 100% of shift.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Sell daycare enrollments.
• Lead tours of the facility.
• Book Meet & Greet appointments by phone.
• Make follow-up calls to leads and Pet Parents.
• Greet all customers entering Dogtopia!
• Maintain a neat front desk and assist with office tasks.
