Western Veterinary Partners’ Family Pet Clinic in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to welcome clients, manage appointments, and support daily front-desk operations. You will handle multi-line phones, assist clients with services, and process transactions with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Proficient with multi-phone line systems and in-person client interactions
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and able to stay calm in busy periods

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional front-desk service
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow
