Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate medical and surgical data entry.
• Knowledge of data entry and Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of medical records and vaccination history.
• Schedule medical, surgical, and donor subsidized procedures.
• Check-in patients and manage clinic appointment flow.
• Provide courteous customer service to staff, volunteers, and clients.
