ANIMAL FRIENDS is seeking a Clinic Services Program Assistant to help provide affordable veterinary care and a welcoming experience at the Howard Ash Animal Wellness Center. You will support low-cost spay/neuter, wellness, and vaccination programs, while delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.

The role involves animal handling, scheduling, and collaboration with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, administration, or front-desk duties.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Capable of working with diverse clients and animals.
• Willingness to learn scheduling software and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Schedule surgeries, wellness visits, and vaccines.
• Maintain accurate client records and clinic documents.
• Assist with animal handling and basic clinic support.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers during events and programs.
