Banfield in Houston, TX is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to help move clients and pets through the hospital and support the medical team in a welcoming, efficient environment. You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care, assist with documentation, invoicing, prescriptions, and scheduling, and help maintain smooth daily operations with strong focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication; excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem solving and decision making in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client service and communication with team and clients.
• Good mathematical ability for handling balances and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets to ensure productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficiently run hospital for wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer and ID procedures.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary; other duties as assigned.
