National Veterinary Associates (NVA) in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a team member for a fast-paced companion animal hospital. The role involves client interaction, scheduling, records, and front desk duties in a small animal practice with modern equipment and a collaborative team environment.

Open to part-time (24-29 hrs/wk) or full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) with competitive compensation, service discounts, and benefits after the initial trial period. Weekend work possible as openings occur.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced clinic.
• Strong client communication and team interaction skills.
• Experience handling scheduling, records, medications, and front desk tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage phone lines and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Assist with filing medications and general office duties.
