Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative in Mobile, AL. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a demanding route, building clinic relationships, and handling pets with dignity and care.

Training is provided for those new to pet aftercare, with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and compassionate service. The CSR supports veterinary partners with pickups and deliveries on an assigned route, using mobile tech and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Use company tech to scan pets at pickup and delivery; verify names/IDs.
• Document requests and follow through.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Return to Care Center to unload pets and complete handoff to Operations.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and professionalism.
• Identify service opportunities and refer leads to Business Development.
