Four-Legged Fun Zone in Everett, WA is seeking a dynamic Pet Care Receptionist & Client Services Specialist to convert inquiries into bookings, enroll dogs in daycare, and book grooming services.

You’ll warmly welcome owners and dogs at the front desk, manage appointments and client records, capture fun media for social channels, and keep front-desk and care operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Solutions-oriented and able to understand pet parents' needs.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of database software and record-keeping.
• Available full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.
• Local resident near Everett, WA.
• Dog lover who enjoys an upbeat environment.
• Casual dress code; jeans and sneakers daily.

Responsabilités

• Convert inquiries into bookings using phone, text and email to schedule tours and enroll dogs.
• Provide exceptional client care at the front desk, process appointments and manage client records.
• Capture media content by taking photos and short videos for social media channels.
• Maintain front-desk and pet care operations, manage check-ins/outs, and supervise playgroups as needed.

Four-Legged Fun Zone is searching for a dynamic Pet Care Receptionist & Client Services Specialist to help drive growth for our busy dog daycare and grooming facility. You'll proactively follow up with pet parents who have expressed interest in our services, help them schedule daycare visits and grooming appointments, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Convert Inquiries into Bookings: Connect with warm prospective clients via phone, text, and email to schedule facility tours, enroll dogs in daycare, and book grooming services.
• Provide Exceptional Client Care: Warmly welcome owners and dogs at the front desk, answer incoming questions, process appointments, and manage client records in our database.
• Capture Fun Media Content: Take quick breaks from the desk to snap photos and record engaging short videos of our playgroups for our social media channels!
• Maintain Front-Desk & Pet Care Operations: Keep client communications organized, manage check-ins/check-outs, safely leash and walk dogs weighing up to 175 lbs between the front desk and playrooms/grooming salon, and provide break coverage by supervising playgroups of up to 15 dogs.

• Solutions-Oriented: You enjoy understanding pet parents' challenges, helping them find the right care for their dogs, and proactively following through to ensure their needs are met.
• Exceptional Communicator: Friendly, articulate, and comfortable interacting with clients over the phone, in writing, or face-to-face.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Quick to learn computer software, meticulous about client records, and committed to completing every task and follow-up without repeated reminders.
• Full-Time Availability: Available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Local Resident: Located within roughly 15 minutes of our facility at 6628 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA, ensuring an easy, reliable daily commute.
