Job summary

Qualifications

• Welcomes both human and pet guests with friendly service.
• Ability to identify animal body language and behavior.
• Check-in/check-out of pet guests and escort to rooms.
• Answering phone reservations and providing information.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with cleaning/disinfectant exposure.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations: check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility and work areas.
• Scheduling and file/data entry related tasks.
• Escort pets to and from their rooms and ensure safety.
