Pet Paradise in Pooler is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome pet parents and their pets, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate suite placement to meet every guest’s needs. This role requires customer service experience, a cheerful, team‑oriented attitude, and physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist)
• Cheerful, friendly and positive team attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail
• Enjoys problem solving to provide premier guest experiences
• Able to perform physical tasks including pet handling and lifting up to 60 lbs
• Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets, ensuring a positive first interaction
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs
• Walk dogs for drop-off and pickup and coordinate suite placement
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely, problem-solving manner
• Handle cashiering and point-of-sale operations
• Communicate with pet parents and resort leadership as needed
• Maintain entrance lobby cleanliness and restroom upkeep
• Support cat room and care per resort routines
• Coordinate with veterinary services for appointments and arrivals
• Assist with harnessing at check-in/out and set up suites
