Job summary

VCA Klingele Animal Hospital in Quincy, IL is expanding our Client Service Representative team and seeking a part-time associate to join our front desk.

As a CSR, you will be the first contact for clients and their pets, handling appointments, communications, and administrative tasks with kindness and professionalism.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16/hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments, check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.
• Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support front desk tasks.
• Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.
