Paw Commons Encinitas is seeking a Pet Care Technician & Front Desk Associate to greet clients, manage check-ins, and coordinate reservations while delivering hands-on care to our canine guests.

You will monitor feeding schedules, assist with medications, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the lobby, daycare, and enclosures. This role blends frontline hospitality with pet-care duties in a dynamic team setting.

Formación

• Passion for Pets & People: Previous experience in animal care, customer service, or hospitality is preferred, but a genuine love for dogs is a must.
• Tech-savviness: Comfortable with computers and reservation software (Gingr).
• Resilience & energy: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create warm welcomes by managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism.
• Provide hands-on care for guests, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and health monitoring.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness across lobby, daycare, and enclosures.
• Communicate pet updates to owners using positive language to build trust.
• Keep operations smooth by reconciling cash drawers and monitoring inventory.
