Qualifications

• Experience in animal care, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Comfortable with computers and reservation software Gingr.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active in a busy environment.
• Certifications such as Pet First Aid/CPR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties: check-ins, check-outs, reservations with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide hands-on care for guests, including feeding, monitoring health and hydration.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in lobby, daycare, and enclosures.
• Communicate pet updates to owners using positive language.
• Assist with cash drawers and inventory to keep operations smooth.
