Job description

As a Dog Daycare & Front Desk Associate, you’ll play an important role in both caring for our canine guests and supporting their owners. This position blends hands‑on dog daycare responsibilities with front desk and retail support, making every day active, engaging, and different.

What You’ll Be Doing

With the Dogs

• Supervising dog playgroups and ensuring safe, positive interactions
• Monitoring dog behavior and stepping in when redirection is needed
• Feeding dogs and providing daily care as directed
• Keeping play areas, kennels, and common spaces clean and organized
• Following safety, sanitation, and care protocols at all times
• Communicating any concerns or observations to management

At the Front Desk and Retail

• Greeting customers and their dogs in a friendly, professional manner
• Checking dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, and training services
• Scheduling appointments and managing daily reservations
• Answering phone calls, emails, and in‑person questions
• Processing payments and retail sales using a POS system
• Helping customers select products and services that fit their pet’s needs
• Keeping the lobby, front desk, and retail areas clean and welcoming

Shifts: Morning and Evening
