Landisville Animal Hospital in Landisville, PA is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients. You will help create a seamless client experience from check-in to check-out while supporting the medical team and pet parents.

In this fast-paced role, you will greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate medical histories and records in our practice management system.

In this role, you’ll help create a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out while supporting both our medical team and pet parents.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• As part of our front desk team, your day-to-day may include:
• Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history
• Processing invoices and payments accuratelyReviewing patient records for vaccine status and routine care needs
• Communicating patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians
• Assisting with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed
• Entering and maintaining accurate records in our practice management system
