Landisville Animal Hospital in Landisville, PA is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients. You will help create a seamless client experience from check-in to check-out while supporting the medical team and pet parents.

In this fast-paced role, you will greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate medical histories and records in our practice management system.

Responsabilités

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history.
• Processing invoices and payments accurately; reviewing patient records for vaccine status and care needs.
• Communicating patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians.
• Assisting with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed.
• Entering and maintaining accurate records in our practice management system.
