Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably front desk or call center.
• 1+ years of computer experience and basic MS Office usage.
• Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming client calls into scheduled appointments and greet clients warmly.
• Manage patient intake and discharge, ensuring smooth transitions to care.
• Promote and educate clients about services and Care Companion Plans.
• Handle cashier duties and reconcile cash drawer daily.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and support front desk workflows.
• Coordinate with veterinary team to optimize client experience and appointments.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Learn new software (PIMs, scheduling) to streamline calls and bookings.
