VCA Waipahu seeks an experienced Client Service Representative to be the friendly face of the practice on Oahu. This role supports clients and their pets from reception through checkout, ensuring accuracy in records, appointments, and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Ability to explain fees and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments.
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Ensuring the hospital is neat and clean at all times.
