Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs at the front desk.
• Answer phones with a smile and multitask efficiently.
• Tour clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccinations on file for safety.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs and balance cash drawer.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pet guests to enclosures and maintain a welcoming lobby.
• Support team as needed and help with daily tasks.
