Destination Pet is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Brown Dog Lodge Memphis. You will greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide clients through our services while balancing daily mall-like operations in a busy pet resort setting.

Join a family-like team dedicated to safety, cleanliness, and kindness. Weekend and evening availability are required, and you will help with check-ins, cash handling, and service upsells to keep tails wagging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across phone, in-person, email.
• Ability to operate multi-line phones and computer systems.
• Professional under pressure; maintain courtesy with pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs like they just walked into a 5-star resort.
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking like a pro.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling the services offered.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the end-of-day drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pet guests to and from enclosures with care.
• Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
• Jumping in to support teammates when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
