Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join our Jacksonville Beach team. You will provide outstanding client service, manage the lobby, schedule appointments, and assist with data entry in our practice software.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service, a high school diploma, and a warm, bubbly demeanor. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Training will start on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Warm & bubbly demeanor with ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses concerns.
• Assists with basic pet-related inquiries and product information.
• Inputs data in practice management software including billing and accounts.
• Handles cash drawer and end-of-day reconciliation.
