You will engage with pets and clients, manage lobby flow, answer inquiries, and use Cornerstone/PIMS to track visits and billing. A strong team culture and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Skills include critical thinking, prioritization, professional client communication, and tech savviness.
• Candidate MUST be warm & bubbly with constant client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent in-person and phone customer service, including during high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.
• Handles basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Assists with medication pickups, inquiries, and communicates about services and products.
• Enters and maintains data in practice management software, including billing.
• Assists with retail sales, weights pets, processes faxes, and maintains records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties for accurate transactions.
