Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics with a compassionate care team. We’re seeking a Care Coordinator to be the first and last touchpoint for clients and pets, ensuring a warm, organized visit from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for pet parents from check-in to check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow and walk-ins in a fast-paced clinic.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
