Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, hospitality or veterinary reception experience.
• Veterinary industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for clients and pets from check-in to check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain organized, clean client-facing spaces.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support hospital team.
