Bond Vet in New Jersey is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide an exceptional client and patient experience from check-in to check-out. You will manage appointment flow, communicate with clients and teams, and help keep our client areas welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service, hospitality or veterinary reception experience.
Veterinary industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and a warm, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming experience for clients and pets from check-in to check-out.
Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination.
Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain organized, clean client-facing spaces.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support hospital team.
