Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics and seeks a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team.

You’ll be the first and last touchpoint for clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming, supportive visit from check-in to check-out in a fast-paced clinic, with flexible schedules and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles.
• Experience in veterinary, medical, or pet-care settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for clients and pets from check-in through check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinic.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and educate pet parents during visits.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team for a smooth client/patient experience.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
