Job summary

VCA Firehouse is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Denver. You will be the face of the practice, greeting clients, guiding their pets to exam rooms, and supporting daily operations with a focus on exceptional client service.

The role includes scheduling, follow-up outreach, explaining fees, and assisting with product and service recommendations. You will help educate clients on general pet care and manage medical records and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and answering telephones.
• Directing clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on general pet care and husbandry.
• Managing medical records, charts and reports.
• Maintaining a clean and neat facility inside and outside.
