Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route client flow for productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by the hospital team to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and scheduling.
