Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings in a hospital setting.
• Fluent English communication and professional presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services to recruit new clients and route clients/pets for optimal flow.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by ensuring an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and hospital services; assist with documentation and scheduling.
