AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer calls, and ensure clear communication between clients and the medical team to support efficient care for pets.

In this role, you will use our practice management system to update records, process billing and payments, and help with daily front-desk operations, while delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a strong desire to provide compassionate, client-focused service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments and manage reminders and follow-ups.
• Greet clients and gather medical information with empathy and professionalism.
• Update client and patient records accurately in the practice management system.
• Process billing transactions and assist with insurance claims as needed.
• Support the medical team and daily practice operations.
