AmeriVet is hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the first and last point of contact for clients. You will handle appointments, calls, and medical information with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reminders, and billing while using our practice management system. This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and teamwork with our medical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary CSR roles is required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling software and online platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and doctor availability, including forward booking.
• Use technology to send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep clients informed.
• Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed clients and encourage appointments.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive experience during visits.
• Gather medical information via active listening and triage to the medical team.
• Demonstrate empathy while remaining calm and professional.
• Promote current promotions and campaigns to clients.
• Update client and patient records accurately in the practice system.
• Process billing including payments, financing, and insurance claims.
• Maintain organized records of communications and appointments.
• Provide post-visit instructions and follow-up care guidance.
• Assist with daily reception and practice operations on request.
• Inform clients about services, preventive care, and online booking/shop options.
