AmeriVet seeks a Client Service Representative to be our first and last point of contact, delivering exceptional client experiences. You will manage appointments, answer calls, handle patient information, and ensure calm, empathetic service while supporting the medical team.

You will use our tech systems to streamline processes, improve access to care, and foster a welcoming environment for pets and their owners across a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide compassionate, client-focused service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including scheduling software and online communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability, including forward booking.
• Use technology to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages.
• Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed clients and encourage scheduling.
