Veterinary Innovative Partners is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients at our York location. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and support our veterinary team with professional, empathetic service.

The ideal candidate has veterinary or healthcare reception experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally; schedule appointments and procedures.
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information on services and policies.
• Check-in/check-out: verify patient info, update records, and process payments.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and provide post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain client records and handle administrative tasks in the practice management system.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service.
