Job summary

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Explaining and processing fees at point of sale.
• Recommending and assisting with product and service selections, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on pet care and husbandry concepts.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
