Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to help move clients and pets through the hospital, support the veterinary team, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You will greet clients, gather pet information, and promote wellness plans while encouraging visits and referrals.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background or veterinary terminology training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and coordinate hospital flow to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about pet health, vaccines, and wellness plans.
• Enter pet information and history accurately into the computer system.
• Process invoices, schedule appointments, and manage daily finances.
