Responsibilities include managing records, maintaining a clean facility, and supporting hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services and educating clients on basic pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Maintaining a neat and clean facility inside and outside.
