Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email and in person at our West Coast Pet Memorial in Los Angeles, CA. The role offers full-time hours, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, with an industry-leading benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

You will handle inquiries with empathy, enter service requests accurately, and coordinate with Operations to fulfill promises while delivering a compassionate experience for every family.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure every promise is fulfilled.
• Support pet parent viewings and order pickups when required.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining customer confidence.
• Help create a compassionate experience for every family we serve.
