Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking a compassionate Client Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents. This on-site role at our Memphis-area location offers full-time hours, an excellent benefits package and pay between $19 and $20 per hour (DOE).

You'll guide families with empathy, accurate service entries, and coordination with Operations to fulfill every promise. Training is provided; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure every promise is fulfilled.
• Support pet parent viewings and order pickups when required.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining customer confidence.
• Help create a compassionate experience for every family we serve.
