Gateway Services seeks a Client Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents, guiding conversations with empathy and professionalism.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, entering requests accurately and coordinating with Operations to fulfill every promise. On-site role with competitive pay and industry-leading benefits.
