Gateway Services is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics and pet parents in Kernersville, NC. The role offers an hourly wage and a full-time schedule, with a focus on empathetic communication and accurate service entry.

You will support clinics and families by phone, email and in person, coordinating with Operations to fulfill promises and ensuring a compassionate experience for every family served.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinary clinics and pet parents by phone, email and in person.
• Answer questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately enter service requests and special instructions.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure promises are fulfilled.
• Support pet parent viewings and order pickups when required.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining customer confidence.
