Responsibilities include coordinating client/pet flow, checking in and documenting, processing transactions, and promoting services. A strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and collaboration with the veterinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform radiography procedures.
• Preferred veterinary, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related medical experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient client service at all times.
• Greet clients and pets and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
• Educate clients on pet health, preventive care, and OWPs.
• Promote hospital services and encourage routine visits for pet wellness.
• Coordinate client and pet flow to maximize hospital efficiency.
• Process transactions and maintain financial records accurately.
