Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to guide clients and their pets through the hospital, promoting services and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. You will help the veterinary team maximize productivity while delivering confident, compassionate client care.

You'll educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care, process registrations and invoices, dispense prescriptions as directed, and help schedule future visits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients.
• Route flow of clients and pets to ensure care and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Process registrations and invoices, dispense prescriptions, sell retail, and schedule appointments.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and maintain balances.
