Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the client and pet flow through the hospital, maximize team productivity, and ensure excellent communication with clients and associates. The role emphasizes welcoming, educating and guiding clients to return and refer loved ones.

The CSC contributes to a friendly, efficient hospital environment, supporting wellness plans and preventive care while handling appointments, invoices, and retail items with professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Banfield Five Principles.
• Recruit new clients and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen and productivity of the veterinary team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records.
• Dispense medications and schedule future appointments.
• Maintain accurate balances and open/close procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
